Our company
In Demand Trading is a Johannesburg-based tensile construction company specialising in the design, engineering, manufacture and installation of membrane structures and architectural shade systems.
Our strength lies in integration. The people developing the geometry understand how the membrane will be patterned, how the steelwork must be fabricated, how the connections will be assembled and how the complete structure will be installed on site.
This coordinated approach helps protect the design intent, control risk and produce a refined final result across commercial, hospitality, educational, retail and residential projects.

Marc manages In Demand Trading’s sales and marketing activities, helping clients identify the most suitable tensile structure, awning or shade solution for their requirements. He supports new enquiries, prepares project proposals and ensures clear communication from the initial consultation through to project handover.
Construction & Installation
Moosa oversees the construction and installation of In Demand Trading’s tensile structures. He coordinates site teams, installation programmes and on-site quality control, ensuring that every structure is installed safely, accurately and in accordance with the approved design and project requirements.
Our design office
Tensile membranes behave differently from conventional roofs. Their strength comes from geometry and pre-tension, making early coordination essential. Our design process considers the full structural system rather than treating the fabric as a later addition.
